Our Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer sales division before returning merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval. Return instructions will be given at the time of your call.

Shipping charges and handling charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of Pillori Design's error. When returning an item, please attach the email confirming our approval of the return. The following is the address for returns:

Refunds

You'll be notified via e-mail of your refund once the returned item is received and processed. A refund can be expected within one month of our receiving the returned item being received. The refund will be credited to the purchasing credit card or bank transfer. Pillori error without any replacement offer 100% return. Replacement offer such as new product, alteration or other solutions return fee 50%. minimum return fee for bank transaction EUR 25.
